After this initial meeting, you will receive a comprehensive Scope of Services detailing our offerings, an estimated design fee including interior furnishings, and projected material costs for renovations or new constructions (if not already covered by your builder). Once we mutually agree on the budget estimate, we proceed to the next phase.

II. Design Concept

Our design journey continues with an engaging and action-packed planning meeting. During this session, we delve deeper into your style preferences, daily routine, and aesthetic goals. If the project involves a renovation or new build, we'll start by selecting finishes such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, and lighting. For large-scale interior furnishings projects, we'll jump straight into floor plans and furniture selections. We'll review your feedback, inspiration images, and any existing architectural plans and drawings to create a comprehensive concept that aligns perfectly with your family's past, present, and future.

III. Presentation & Plan

Beauty and adventure continue as our team unveils your distinctive design plan. We'll present everything from floor plans and finishes to furnishings and custom interior architecture—such as built-ins, exposed beams, and more. Our iterative drawings and material samples will help you clearly visualize the game plan, ensuring every element of your future home prioritizes quality, comfort, and functionality.

IV. Construction

We oversee and coordinate every aspect of the process from start to finish. This includes, procuring and receiving materials, scheduling trades, monitoring timelines and budgets, and managing all progress and communication while collaborating with your existing architects and construction team to ensure a cohesive design.

V. Seamless Procurement

As your project advocates, you will benefit from our exclusive in-house procurement team. Once furnishings and materials are confirmed, we leverage our trusted network of vendors and suppliers to source your items. This includes customizing pieces, meticulously tracking deliveries, inspecting items upon arrival, and securely storing them until the final installation.

VI. Installation

With meticulous planning and preparation, we arrive ready to bring your vision to life. Our team takes on the heavy lifting, ensuring every item is placed with utmost care. This is the moment when elegant aesthetics and our refined methodology culminate into a transformative experience that is as meaningful for you as it is for us.
