Blissful Ballston Lake 

This full service new build was designed and completed for an active family of four who cherish their time together and enjoy entertaining. Recommended by the builder and overwhelmed by design decisions, the homeowners sought us out for our creative expertise and project management experience - brought on during the framing phase, we were able to make changes to enhance the client’s goals and support the family’s active lifestyle.

The combination of a color story and material palette is central to our design aesthetic and this home represents this perfectly. We chose a mixture of slate blue, ivory, saddle brown, charcoal, and white oak with a blend of satin brass and aged iron. When considering furnishings for these clients, we thoughtfully layered functional and comfortable pieces with clean lines and transitional elements. Creating distinct spaces for not only the children in the home to enjoy, but also for the husband and wife. Each selection was precisely chosen to complement the home’s beautiful architecture while also meeting our client’s goals - creating an inviting and warm space that feels effortlessly elegant.

The result is a home that perfectly balances bold design and functionality, truly reflecting the family’s personality and lifestyle - and honored to earn the award for People’s Choice for Luxury Home in the 2024 Saratoga Showcase of Homes.
