Another project in what we call 'RESI-MERCIAL'! So many of our clients have professions and offices in which they prefer to continue with high-end design. Being spoiled at home, they don’t want the standard finishes from large contractors but instead they want to bring that homey feeling and special finishes to the office as well. With this, comes a whole other checklist and proper project management to assure all the residential features are being implemented in their commercial spaces. Little things like Lutron switches vs the standard toggle switches, upgraded hardwood floors, and custom designed mahogany paneling make all the difference in these applications.
