Saratoga Springs Interiors Designed Around Everyday Stories
Choosing an interior designer in Saratoga Springs, NY, means finding someone who listens, tells you the truth, and helps translate your ideas into a home that feels right.
Each of our projects starts with a conversation. We take time to understand your lifestyle, what works in your space, and what simply doesn’t. Our founder and principal designer, Linda Gerace-Skinner, is known for being straightforward and kind, explaining design decisions clearly so clients can rest assured they’re always clued in. Think of her as your style advocate: fun to work with, and full of ideas tailored to what you love.
As a firm, we specialize in full-service interior design for renovations, new construction, and whole-home furnishings.
Here’s how the design process usually goes:
I. Consultation
We begin with an in-person meeting to walk your home and talk through your goals. This is where we get clear on scope, priorities, and what you want the project to accomplish.
II. Design Development
Once aligned, we develop the design direction. Layouts, finishes, and furnishings are explored based on your project.
III. Presentation & Plan
The full design comes together during your presentation. Drawings, materials, and selections help you visualize the plan and make confident decisions.
IV. Construction Support
If construction is part of the project, we stay involved. We coordinate with builders and trades and keep communication moving as the work progresses.
V. Procurement
After approvals, we handle ordering and tracking. Furnishings and materials are managed behind the scenes so you don't have to monitor deliveries.
VI. Installation
Installation day is when everything comes together. Furniture, lighting, and finishing touches are placed and adjusted until the space feels complete.
Many clients come to us through referrals, often during major life changes like building a new home, renovating a longtime space, or downsizing. We meet them where they are and guide them forward with the care they deserve.
