My interior design goal is to merge functionality with beautiful design details that integrate multiple textures and finishes to create an interesting yet cohesive environment.

Linda Gerace-Skinner, an award-winning designer, is a graduate of The Sage Colleges’ prestigious Interior Design Program. As CEO of Interior Designs Atelier, she has helped clients all over the country articulate their unique personalities though the art of exceptional design. Her design career began thirty years ago in the residential furniture market and has expanded to include remodeling, new build construction and commercial design. Linda is also accredited as an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). In 2014, she was awarded 1st place by ASID for her design of Saratgoa’s highly favored restaurant, 15 Church. Linda has also received accolades for her livable designs with Builder Spec homes in the Capital District and Minneapolis where she resided for eight years. Returning to the Upstate region two years ago, Linda continues to work virtually designing for her clients all over the country including California, Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Wisconsin. “My interior design goal is to merge functionality with beautiful design details that integrate multiple textures and finishes to create an interesting yet cohesive environment.” Linda loves creating relationships with her clients to achieve the best possible reflection of them which is evident in her attitude and the end result!

Diane Meyer is an award-winning interior designer best known for her warm and luxuriously livable interiors. With more than twenty years of extensive and considerable experience, she has helped clients articulate their unique personalities through the art of exceptional design. “Above all else, my interiors reflect the personality of the people residing within them,” says Diane. “I believe that telling the homeowner’s personal story is paramount”. Through a series of discussions she learns the style, needs, and desires of the client as well as that of the space. Inspired by her international travels from living abroad and her early exposure to modern art and design, Diane’s signature aesthetic of a modern interpretation of iconic styles results in interiors that are timeless, functional, and unique. “I’m not afraid to take risks. I’ve learned that if you follow your gut, you’re usually following your gift too, so just go with it”. Diane’s passionate, client-centric approach drives her practice, “Referrals and repeat business has been the key to my success, I am fortunate my clients trust me with their homes and continue as friends.” From the earliest planning decisions to the final placement of artwork and accessories, Diane is dedicated to every detail of your project.

A graduate of Russell Sage College’s Interior Design Program, Gina Voris began her career as an intern her senior year with Interior Designs Atelier in 2022. Upon graduation, we welcomed Gina to join the IDA team, as an Assistant Designer. On any given day, you can find her preparing CAD drawings, pulling fabrics, organizing our client binders, and accompanying on project site visits. “My favorite part of the design process is being able to bring a client’s vision to life and seeing our client’s reactions to their new space”. Gina’s excitement to learn and contribute is appreciated by both IDA and our clients alike. We expect her to continue to be an integral part of our team!

Kathy Woolsey

Operations Manager

Managing expectations and communicating, even the smallest of details to our clients, demonstrates my desire to create a seamless process throughout our relationship.

With over 30 years of sales experience in luxury retail markets, Kathy is instrumental to our firm. A creative and highly disciplined individual who approaches each project with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail, she has multi-faceted roles at Interior Designs Atelier. Kathy began her career honing her customer relationship and communication skills, leading to years of experience in high-end interior design sales and management. With her expertise in our extensive product lines and cultivated vendor/trade relations, she now manages our firm’s day-to-day running of the business’s accounts, order management, installation scheduling, and purchase records maintenance. Not only does Kathy thoroughly support our design team, she also epitomizes our firm’s pledge and commitment to providing exceptional service. “If I tell you I’m going to get back to you asap, it’s going to happen”. Our clients appreciate her chats on the phone, her timely follow through, and her more personal approach.
